Fernando Alonso again by Christmas with the Renault team which got two
championships in Formula 1 in the years 2005 and 2006. Renault was
waiting for Fernando Alonso to fight for the world championship in
2008.
"Alonso will feel comfortable from the first day,"
said Flavio Briatore, head of Renault when it was announced the move of
Fernando Alonso. Briatore also promised that Fernando Alonso will have
a car (R28) very competitive in 2008.
Renault is a great
team, "knows the road to victory," said Alonso, highly motivated and
eager to get behind the wheel of his new R28.
Alonso will be better paid for all
Renault will pay 35 million per season to Fernando Alonso, who will
become well endel world and the second highest-paid sportsman. Only
